On April 27, Xuan Phu Hai Investment and Construction JSC held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony for the Grand Mercure Hoi An project with Accor, the world’s leading hotel operation and management group, and other major partners in the fields of technology services, consulting and sales management, etc.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Ho Quang Buu – Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong – Director of the Quang Nam Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ms. Pham Thi Hanh – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Xuan Phu Hai Investment and Construction JSC; Mr. Nguyen Quy Tuan – Director of Accor Vietnam; Mr. Truong Quang Minh – Chairman of the Board of Directors of VINAHUD JSC – Project developer and representative partners NewstarHomes, NetNam, etc.

The Grand Mercure Hoi An, located in Dien Duong commune, Dien Ban district, Quang Nam province, is an international five-star standard resort complex of resorts, hotels, and tourism services. Additionally, this is one of the projects located in the most beautiful remaining coastline golden land fund in Hoi An Ancient Town.

To begin creating a worthwhile project, talented architects have dedicated themselves to developing a luxurious resort space with 100% sea-view apartments and a slew of high-end amenities. The signing ceremony for strategic cooperation takes place between the Boards of Directors of Xuan Phu Hai Investment and Construction JSC and Accor Group.

Under the cooperation agreement, Accor Group will be the operational management organization of 118 villas and 785 rooms, including 392 hotel rooms and 393 tourist apartments. The resort is expected to be in operation in the first quarter of 2023.

Specifically, in terms of planning and design, Huni Architectes was chosen as a partner of Grand Mercure Hoi An.

The investor chose NewstarHomes – a member of NewstarGroup – as a consulting partner in marketing management and sales management for the project because of its longstanding experience and reputation in the market.

In terms of technology solutions, NetNam was chosen to be a strategic partner, assisting from consulting to designing technology systems related to the operation of a high-class hotel, resort, as well as directly participating in the implementation and maintenance of a number of critical items such as network system, internet service management system… The Grand Mercure Hoi An, in particular, has the presence of VINAHUD as a project developer.
