Besides, VINAHUD has successfully bid joint venture and won the investor selection bid, has decided to invest in the project of Vien Nam ecological and recreational urban area in Quang Tien commune, Hoa Binh city. VINAHUD has established a project enterprise as Vien Nam Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company to carry out further legal activities, manage and operate this project in accordance with regulations.
VINAHUD leaders said that in the near future the company will continue to negotiate to become an investor to participate in more projects, including ParaHills Hoa Binh Resort and Resort in Binh Thanh Commune and Thung Nai Commune, Cao District Phong, Hoa Binh.
In addition, a number of housing projects, urban areas, and office buildings in Hanoi are also being actively promoted by the company. At the same time, the company will continue to increase the ownership ratio to the maximum extent possible in existing projects in order to actively control business investment activities.
In the coming time, VINAHUD does not hide its ambition to continue to strongly expand its business activities. Orientation for 2022, the company sets a revenue target of up to 1,195 billion VND, equal to 334.36% in 2021 and the planned profit after tax is nearly 182 billion VND, equal to 1,389.52% in 2021.
In the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders on March 31, in addition to approving business plans and targets, it is expected that VINAHUD will also continue to arrange and restructure the key personnel apparatus to consolidate strategy, ensuring successful implementation of the target orientation in the new period.
